Mortgage brokers throughout Australia are able to charge fees for their service, however only some do. Mates Rates is not one of them. Generally speaking, commissions from even the most competitive mortgage lenders are adequate for hard working professionals.
We don't charge fees because we think it's the right thing to do. Mates Rates is concerned with your needs and we simply don't think it's fair that you should pay for our service, when there are so many quality lenders willing to pay us on your behalf. You know these lenders are the most competitive because they put their money where there mouth is and are not the least bit afraid of the honest, apple-to-apple comparison only our mortgage brokers do.
