First Home Owners Grant - ACT

First time buyer help in the Australian Capital Territory

The First Home Owners Grant is administered by the Australian Capital Territory Revenue Office in the ACT. Mates Rates will manage your applications together with your mortgage application, keeping your experience simple and stress free.

The ACT government also offers a Home Buyer Concession Scheme (HBCS) to assist first time buyers in purchasing their first home. However this scheme expires on 30th June 2008, and a replacement scheme has yet to be announced.
